Yes. Choose a Custom Neon Wall Art design and order it as shown, or shop our decorative mirrors. No reference photo is needed for these options. Photo-based neon and custom line-art mirrors require your own reference image.

Personalization options and any fees are shown on each product page. Selected neon artworks can be personalized with LED colors, printed text, and small artwork changes. Upload a reference when using your own symbol or a specific design; simple changes can be described in words. New LED layouts, complex artwork changes, and custom sizes require a quote before you order.

Yes, for custom orders. For standard 40 cm and 50 cm custom orders, pay in full at checkout; we then prepare your digital design proof. Two minor revision rounds within your purchased design scope are included. Custom sizes and complex projects start with a free quote, followed by payment and a proof if you proceed. Production begins only after your final approval. Additional work is agreed with you before any charge. Read the design and revision policy.

Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows the people, pets, or details you want to keep. For best results, use an image at least 1500 pixels on its longest side, up to 20 MB per file. The product upload form lists accepted formats. Artwork, logos, and other references are also welcome if you have permission to use them. Our designer may simplify details to suit your chosen product.

Yes. Start with your words, logo, artwork, photo, or a written brief on our Design Your Own Neon page. Choose neon-only lettering or shapes, printed artwork with neon accents, or ask our designer to recommend a style. We will review the details and email you a quote. If you proceed, payment comes before your design proof, and production starts after your approval.

No. Both our custom line-art mirrors and decorative mirrors are reflective acrylic products with no built-in lighting. They include self-adhesive backing for mounting on a clean, dry, smooth surface.

Our standard 40 cm and 50 cm neon signs are USB powered and include a 10-level dimmer. A power adapter is not included. Power requirements and included components for custom sizes are confirmed with your quote.

Custom production usually takes 7–10 business days after full payment, receipt of all required details, and final proof approval. Design preparation and revisions take additional time. Ready-made orders usually need 3–5 business days for processing. Standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. typically takes another 7–12 business days after dispatch.
